Cancellation Policy

An invoice will be issued on making the booking for patients/families self-funding. A room booking fee of £45 will be payable for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the planned appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.
